Block Party Cardigan Pattern Release

Block Party Sewing Pattern New Release

We are super siked about this new cardigan sewing pattern. I wear cardigans all the time, I mean who doesn’t. Am I right? They are the perfect piece for your wardrobe to take you from spring to summer and summer into fall. They are also great for layering.

This cardigan can be sewn up so many different ways. If you’re feeling adventurous…mix and match your fabrics with some color blocking. This is also a great way to use up some of those scraps. If it’s not your thing, you can sew it up as a solid panel. Instructions for both options are included. This pattern is drafted for light to medium weight knit fabric and you can make it in just about anything from a rayon/lycra to a sweater knit. A lighter weight fabric will give you more drape and would look amazing with the gathered sleeve option. If you are looking for something with structure, choose a more stable knit like french terry. I can’t wait to see all of the creative versions you sew up with this.
