Fast & Easy Kids’ Apron

Some of my favorite holiday memories include cooking with my Mom or siblings.  We would make pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving and Christmas cookies for Santa.  Each one of my siblings would take a turn measuring out each ingredient, pouring in oil, or making a mess of the eggs.  I can still smell each treat warm and sweet in my memory.  My kids and I continue this tradition and it is one of my favorite times.

Reusable Dish & Bowl Covers

Next for this week’s Festive Friday is the Mamma Can Do It’s Reusable Dish and Bowl Covers Pattern.  These washable and reusable dish and bowl covers are great during the holidays for gift giving or for bringing that extra special touch to family mealtimes.  They really help set the mood with vibrate colors that plastic wrap and tin foil just can’t do.  Then you can also feel good about being eco friendly. The littlest cover is perfect for our Thanksgiving butter dish and the larger size is going to be a great way of keeping those yummy handmade rolls warm and delicious.
